VM TRACE: ICU System

The I.C.U program is a solution package specifically designed for monitoring of
mobile vehicles or personnel. This system is designed to provide rapid deployment
of hardware to monitor a target vehicle via state of the art GPS tracking
equipment.

A target vehicle can be fitted with a covert GPS device which can be monitored through a PDA mapping software with communication via GPRS.

Terms and Conditions

1. User must complete service registration form and provide Virtual Map and its
   service partners with required indemnity / acknowledged investigation services
   agreement (See attached)
   
2. User must have a valid account with Virtual Map and place a minimum $1000
   deposit (This deposit may be increased should more devices need to be on
   loan.)
   
3. Minimum 24hrs notice required. (Normal Working Days) subject to availability
   
4. User training and support to be provided by Covert Acquisition
